Air fryer banana muffins

Mix wet ingredients

1. Mash ripe bananas and combine with chia seeds, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Add dry ingredients

1. Gradually mix in self-raising flour and add a splash of apple cider vinegar . 

Mix all ingredients

Mix all ingredients together slowly,do not overmix

Cook in air fryer

Spoon the batter into muffin cups, garnish with chopped walnuts..
