Sabudana Vrat Dosa

This crispy, flavorful, and healthy gluten-free dosa requires no fermentation and comes together in a jiffy!

Step 1

Soak Sabudana and grain  -   Rinse and soak sabudana for 3-4 hours. 

After the resting time is over, wash again, and drain the water. 

Step 2

Create Dosa Batter -

Transfer the soaked grains to a blender, add buttermilk and blend until smooth. 

Step 3

Prepare Potato Filling -

Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and all the spices. 

Step 4

Assemble Dosa -  Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Pour 2-3 ladles full of batter on the skillet. 

Spread the batter in a circular motion. Drizzle ghee or oil all around the dosa and let it cook.
