Strawberry Smoothie

Combine the frozen strawberries, banana pieces, Greek yogurt, milk, sweetener of choice, and ice into a blender. If using any optional add-ins, include them as well.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a creamy and smooth consistency. Don’t forget to pause a few times and scrape down the sides.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a frozen strawberry and a sprig of mint if desired, and serve immediately. You can also store it in a mason jar in the fridge for a couple of days.
