Vegan tofu scramble

Mix all ingredient

-Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent.

Add grated tofu

Incorporate grated tofu into the mixture, along with curry powder, cumin powder, and black salt or sea salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat.

Pour in soy sauce and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the heat and garnish the scramble with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.
